The CHOC Foundation Patient Heroes Program allows every family to help raise awareness of Rady’s Children’s life-saving care.
Patient Heroes work with the CHOC Foundation to share their stories and advocate for their fellow families. Whether it’s sharing a memory in our newsletter, speaking at events, or sharing art, there are many impactful ways to participate. These contributions inspire vital support and help connect the hospital with the broader community.
This program honors patients and their families and invites them to connect our donors and community with the hospital’s mission and child health programs. Our Patient Heroes embody the courage and determination of the thousands of children receiving care at our hospital.
