Every great adventure brings moments of uncertainty, courage, and discovery—and this past year at the CHOC Foundation was no different.

The year 2025 marked a year of extraordinary change and transformation. As we navigated the merger that formed the Rady Children’s Health enterprise, celebrated the opening of our nine-story Southwest Tower, led the way in the rapidly evolving landscape of pediatric healthcare, and more, our path forward was not always predictable. Yet through it all, one thing remained constant: our community’s unwavering commitment to children and families in need.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and their belief in our mission, we raised $56.8 million in fiscal year 2025. While this achievement is significant, it tells only part of the story. The true impact of philanthropy is measured in lives changed—in children who not only heal but also rediscover the joy of exploring who they are and who they can become beyond our hospital walls.
