Caleb was diagnosed with a rare disease, and over the past 13 years, he has experienced the CHOC difference. He now has hope and started his own fundraiser to give back to the hospital.

The Freeman Family is honoring their beloved late son, Kevin, by raising funds for research into medulloblastoma, the disease that he courageously fought. To date, $63,108 has been raised to support this important research and provide new promise for children and young adults with medulloblastoma.
